Schedule & Progress Control

Daily schedule and progress control

Each day’s site status is recorded on the MS Project schedule: which tasks started or finished, which fell behind, why, and with what new dates. Dependent tasks move automatically, and the updated schedule is exported in MS Project format.

Bayabim Technology Development is one of Iran’s pioneers in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digital twins, and has brought that experience together in a unified project management platform: one place for the schedule, progress, project control reports, the model and operational data.
