Bayabim Technology Development is one of Iran’s pioneers in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digital twins, and today offers that experience as a unified project management platform: one place for daily schedule and progress control, project control reports, the information model and the digital twin.
What sets Bayabim apart is the combination of extensive practical experience with a scientific and institutional approach. It is the only company that simultaneously holds a seat on the board of the Scientific and Professional Association of Building Information Modeling and manages the BIM department of the Technical and Executive System Research Center at Amirkabir University of Technology.
We provide the platform and our specialist services for planning, delivering and operating industrial, governmental, medical, residential and commercial projects. Our goal is earlier and better decisions, fewer delays, lower costs and higher productivity across the project lifecycle.
